Maryam Aslam is an ambitious and energetic Solicitor who qualified in 2008.
She enjoys practising family law and has extensive experience both in relation to financial remedies as well as matters relating to residence and contact including applications under TOLATA 1996 (Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996). She also has experience and adventured into areas of Residential Conveyancing of both Freehold and Leasehold, Immigration law and Civil Litigation.
Her expertise in these areas allows her skills to move smoothly between challenges that encroach between these wide range of fields. She has an energetic and longstanding commitment to these areas of practice. To her clients she offers an understanding but fearless approach in pursuit of their needs whilst maintaining her professionalism and integrity.
Maryam is married with three young children. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and meeting with her friends and family. She also assists a few charities in the Midlands and Yorkshire.
